  10:00am  Introduction to governance and the role of governance in protected areas management. [WCPA]

  10:45am Presentation of situation analysis by participants [15 minutes each]

Friday 17th November

Mobilizing for a proactive response to selected management challenges and plan of action to support leaders.  [SUSTRUST, IUCN, WCPA]

  10:45am Resources – how to identify and use a support network [IUCN]
  11:30am   Evaluation and identification of additional training and networking needs [SUSTRUST, IUCN, WCPA]
